Dining at Artisplein

Eating, we all do it. Every day, we make more than 200 food choices. Many of these choices you make subconsciously, but each one has an impact on our planet. 

Chef Emile van der Staak, of De Nieuwe Winkel, and cooking fanatic Freddy Tratlehner, of De Jeugd van Tegenwoordig, will show what the reinvention of our food can look like in a special dinner.
 
In the all-vegetable four-course menu - including a non-alcoholic drinks package - each course is dedicated to a new way of looking at our food and its relationship with the world around us.
 
Among other things, the chefs found inspiration in everything that grows and flourishes in ARTIS. The chefs use the biggest to the smallest taste buds, reinventing classics with a wink and giving an insight into the latest technical food innovations.

The price of the dinner is € 150 (4-course dinner incl. non-alcoholic 4-course drinks package + festival ticket). Your reservation also entitles you to free entry to ARTIS Park during the Earthlings Festival, on 15, 16, 22 or 23 June.
