The film is based on the character of Artis de Partis, the sockpuppet that has been with ARTIS for years. Artis de Partis wants to visit Planeet Sok - he loves socks after all. Because Partis is mute, he is helped by a talking finger and a voice over. Together with Artis de Marsis and a meteor that more resembles a sock, they travel through the universe. You go via the Moon, Sun, Mars, Saturn and even the stars all the way beyond the Milky Way, and finally back to Earth, all in 25 minutes.
