Digesting Tubes

The solution to this food crisis is often sought outside ourselves. By now, everything on our plates has been made bigger or juicier, or easier to produce. But what happens if we don't adapt our food to man, but man to food? That's what future food designer Chloé Rutzerveld explores in her latest art installation 'Digesting Tubes'.
