Every tour is unique

Want to ensure your visit to ARTIS Zoo is extra special? Book a guided tour combined with a package deal. You’ll be able to enjoy a walk through the zoo while listening to the interesting stories told by the tour guide. At ARTIS, every tour is different, since seasonal flowering plants and newborn animals always add a unique touch. Discover the extraordinary history behind each monument and work of art.

Practical information

  • A guided tour costs €35 per tour guide. This does not include admission tickets to ARTIS Zoo, but you can book these quickly and easily when arranging your tour.
  • Groups can be between 8 and 15 people in size. An additional tour guide is required for groups larger than 15 people.
  • Tours start at 10:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. in the low season (November to February) and also at 4:00 p.m. in the high season (March to October).
  • The tour commences at the Rots. The tour guide will be waiting for you there from 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
