Terms and Conditions
Between 4 November 2024 and 5 January 2025, visitors can purchase a promotional ticket for two visits to ARTIS, available both online and at the ticket counter. The ticket is valid until 28 February 2025. With this ticket, you can visit ARTIS Zoo twice on separate days or combine your visit with ARTIS-Micropia or ARTIS-Groote Museum on the same day. In this case, please allow a one-hour interval between visits. After the first visit, no refunds are available.
